250g Non-Iodised Pure Fine Sea Salt for use with your Neti Pot. Supplied in a safety-sealed handy plastic dispensing tub. 

This sea salt has absolutely no anti-caking or free-flowing additives, unlike most of the more common fine sea salt sold today.

Sea Salt has been trusted and used in Jala Neti practice for centuries, and is the more traditional choice. It is not quite as pure as our Neti Salt as it contains naturally occuring sea minerals.

Use 1/4 teasp per 250ml Neti Pot.

Actually this is the same quantity as the 300g tub of Neti Salt, but it is less dense and so weighs slightly less.
