This wholesale website, a subsidiary of Shop Holistic Ltd, is now linked to the main retail website, including our customer records. As it is not possible to mark customer accounts as both retail AND wholesale, those customers who were previously registered on both websites (or who wish to be able to order from both the retail and wholesale websites) will need to ensure a different email address is used on each website. If you have any problems or queries, or if this explanation is not clear for you, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately due to this complication we have been unable to import the existing customer records over from our old website, as any email addresses that are already on the retail website would become wholesale only customers and would not be able to shop on ShopHolistic.com as a retail customer.
